Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused

  • in original condition

  • returned with proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Free Shipping Orders

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $49.99.

If an order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, we will:

  • cover the return shipping cost

  • offer a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us.

Customers requesting an exchange due to personal preference are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item in original condition, we will process the exchange.
