Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Return Shipping

  • If the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind or personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Free Shipping & Partial Returns

  • Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $60.

  • If an order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

Once an order has shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but was not received, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

  • Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as carriers are often unable to provide delivery evidence after that period.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, including cases of theft or misdelivery.
