We want you to love your purchase. If something didn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping

If the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

For all other returns (including change of mind or personal preference), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping & Partial Returns

Free shipping is offered on U.S. orders over $60.

If an order qualified for free shipping and a return brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Issues & Missing Packages
Once an order has shipped, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but was not received, customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Claims reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as carriers are often unable to provide delivery evidence after that period.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, including cases of theft or misdelivery.
